HOW TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY

Today I would like to share about how to make everyone smile...
ok,, this entry can be used for u...

firstly, make eye contact. smile and act friendly. When some one is talking to you
make eye contact to show that you are interested

Secondly is just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you have to be mean or rude.
Try to be nice to everyone, even if you're are feeling down. If you need  an excuse not to talk
to anybody, just  say "Please excuse me, I'am having a rough day". People understand that you have a bad day and doesn't that get insulted.

Thirdly, do kind thing. Give money to a homeless person. Offer your help. Next step politeness is one of the ways of gaining respect. Be polite, say "Thank You", "excuse me" and just be nice and polite to everyone.
Body language is important. Look up, into their eyes, smile when you talk together and try to look really interested in what your partner is saying..

And the six step is do not yawn, cross you arms or act uninterested. Smile to everyone. Its doesn't matter if it's your best friend or a random lady at the shop. Smile to them!!
Be kind.It always helps to be kind to other people!  Ask if someone need help with something , like carrying things , at school or just anything. Smile all the time, laugh, be interested in the conversation like listed above.

AND LASTLY is be respectful. Don't be rude! say polite things to everyone, polite people makes other happy too......

                                                     keep your smile :)

TIPS TO SLEEP ON

Here I have some tips to get sleep well.

Firstly, back sleepers should use pillow that are not too thick to avoid airflow  being disrupted by pushing the neck too far out.

Secondly, stomach sleepers should use thin pillows. In some situations, they may need to place a pillow under the stomach to prevent lower back pain.

And lastly, side sleepers need pillows that are firm and fill the space between the neck
and the bed when lying sideways.
